Terms and Conditions of Booking

PRivate sessions

Once your dates are confirmed, you must pay for your session(s) within 7 days, either by check by mail (address available upon request) or by credit card through our payment page. If we have not received any payment 7 days before your session, your appointment may be cancelled and the slot allocated to another client.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 72 hours’ notice, and your payment will be applied to another date at no charge. Session payments will expire after 1 year.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us at least 72 hours' notice, and we shall gladly refund your payment, minus a $50 USD / €45 EUR admin fee and any fees incurred by financial institutions. If you cancel within the 72-hour window, you will receive a 50% refund, unless we can find a suitable replacement from the waiting list (in which case, we will refund you minus the admin + bank fees).

If we do not hear from you within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or you don’t show up at the scheduled time, your payment will be forfeited.

WORKSHOPS

Your booking is binding once your deposit is in our account and we have confirmed your seat. The full fee is due four weeks before in-person events and two weeks before online events.

Workshop fees will expire after 2 years. Within the 2 years, you may choose to apply the remaining credit to any future event with Jennifer, or you may cancel your participation entirely and receive a refund upon request as per the conditions outlined below:

Cancelling your participation is possible up until four weeks before the CT event, and we will refund your payment in full upon request, minus a €50 EUR / $60 USD processing fee and any fees by financial institutions, plus an additional €50 EUR / $60 USD processing fee for retreat centers if applicable. (Please note: Afroz Workshop Deposits (€195) are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE)

If you cancel between two and four weeks before the CT event, we will refund your payment upon request, minus 50% of the workshop/retreat fee and any financial institution fees, plus an additional €50 EUR / $60 USD processing fee for retreat centers, if applicable.

If you cancel less than 2 weeks before the CT event, if you don’t show up on the day, or if you fall ill within this time period or during the workshop (and it is not a medical emergency requiring a medical certificate), your fee will be forfeited in full.

If you suffer from sudden ill health or recent bereavement and need to change the course date, please contact Cellular Transformation® immediately in writing. Your course fee can be suspended until a suitable alternative date can be found. Refunds, beyond those addressed in the policies set forth above, may be considered if a medical certificate is provided.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES TO EVENTS BY CELLULAR TRANSFORMATION®

If we cannot proceed with the CT event due to, for example, illness of the facilitator, Cellular Transformation® is not obliged to proceed with the event as announced. If Cellular Transformation® is forced to cancel or reschedule an event, we will inform all participants of alternative dates or formats immediately (e.g., holding the CT event online instead of in person). If you choose not to participate, we will refund all paid fees in full upon request. Further claims of compensation do not exist. Any liability for related damages toward Cellular Transformation®, whether direct or indirect of any nature, e.g., personal travel expenses, is exempt.

ONLINE THEORY COURSES

Your booking is binding once your deposit is in our account and we have confirmed your seat. The full fee is due 10 days before the start of online courses.

You can cancel your participation up to one week before the CT Online Theory Course, and we will refund your payment in full upon request, minus a €50 EUR / $60 USD processing fee and any financial institution fees.

If you cancel under seven days prior or don’t show up on the day of the CT Online Theory Course, or if you fall ill within this time period or during the course (and it is not considered a medical emergency with a medical certificate as proof), your fee will be forfeited in full.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES TO COURSES BY CELLULAR TRANSFORMATION®

If we cannot proceed with the CT Online Theory Course due to, for example, the illness of more than two mentors, Cellular Transformation® is not obliged to proceed with the event as announced. If Cellular Transformation® is forced to cancel or reschedule a course, we will inform all participants of alternative dates immediately. If you choose not to participate, we will refund all paid fees in full upon request. Further claims of compensation do not exist. Any liability for related damages toward Cellular Transformation®, whether direct or indirect, of any nature, is exempt.
